GENERAL

We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. Any such changes will take effect when posted on the website and it is your responsibility to read the terms and conditions on each occasion you use this website and your continued use of the website shall signify your acceptance to be bound by the latest terms and conditions.

 

SPECIFICATION

Many of the products are of a technical nature and it is not practical to publish detailed specifications of all the Products and keep specifications completely up to date. All descriptive matter, drawings, pictures, colours, specifications and advertising on the Website are for the sole purpose of giving an approximate description of the Products.

 

PROCESSING ORDERS

All orders placed before 2pm will be processed the same day and dispatched using your chosen delivery method. Any orders placed after 2pm will be processed the following working day.

Orders placed on a Saturday before 12pm will be dispatched the same day.

 

DELIVERY

Delivery of orders over £50 are free of charge to the UK. Where applicable, the cost of your delivery will clearly be displayed and included in the ‘Total Cost’.

UK Standard 2-5 working days FREE on orders above £50 and £2.99 on orders below.

UK Next Working day (not weekends) FREE on selected items or £5.00 per order.

Delivery dates quoted are estimated delivery dates only and can be subject to change by the couriers. Jailler Law Sports cannot be held responsible for this, but we will, wherever possible, inform you if we are made aware of issues with your delivery.
